School House Rumbles 3: Act 3. Warriors and Liberators.

Carmen grinned, her eyes wide. Her tongue slipped out and licked her lips as the shockwave is portaled back and into Eisen and Rosemary, blowing both off their feet. Eisen is knocked unconscious by the force of the blow.

Camryn growled, her aura expanding with her anger. The blazing wingspan reached each side of the room, the walls and ceiling disappearing as if erased from existence in its presence. She rocketed forward, ready to consume Carmen in her aura.

"No! Goddamn it!"

Their bloody healer. Their stupid, bloody healer. Of all the targets, why Eisen?

That completely blows the plan she and Ramilia had been secretly working on, which needed Eisen to heal them after it was over.

She glares at Camryn. "Get it together before you hurt another one of us." She looks Rosemary over to see how badly she is hurt.

Camryn whirled on Max, "What did you say?!"

The building bucked as more seismic activity wrecked havoc with the foundation, "Do you have something to say to my face?!"

She hesitated when she saw Eisen onthe ground, "Did... did I do that?"

He aura wilted, guilt and sadness like nothing she had felt before welling up inside of her. Her breath hitched and she fell to her knees, "I'm sorry... I'm so sorry..."

The seismic events intensified, volcanos erupting within the city, showering the district in fire, ash, and rock.

[Yun Lao]

Flung back by the redirected shockwave, Rosemary skidded across the floor a few feet before inertia finally brought her to a stop. Perhaps, had she been prepared, she might have been able to brush it off, but being caught off guard tended to negate such things. A wince and painful groan came from her as she took her time getting back to her feet. "Remind me...never make Cammy mad." She replied to the others.

Carmen's power, although simplistic in nature, was compensated by the woman's practiced use of it. If they couldn't find a way to bypass them, they were to unintentionally kill each other.

[Cthulhu_of_R'yleh]

Camryn whirled, eyes landing on Carmen, "YOU!"

She remembered the terror- being hunted down in that burning building with no escape. Her power flared. There was only one real thing to do at this point.

With no regard for collateral damage, Camryn grit her teeth, sending out a full powered shockwave at the woman, "I'LL KILL YOU!"

She stands her ground against Camryn, staring her down until she finally realizes what she did. A sad frown appears when she finally does. "All Carmen will do is redirect our attack back at us. We need to stay calm and let Casimir and Takeshi handle this for now," she says quietly. "Eisen will be fine, I think."

"I didn't want to have to use so much power, but I might be able to help." A brief glow of her eyes indicated her own psychic powers at use. "Oh course, the problem is the same for everyone else's: hitting her." She added with a smirk.

[Eternal Torment]

Instead of answering, Sloane found himself crumpling to the ground, multiple sword cuts across his legs and waist.

"Well fuck you too, Sergei." Sloane pressed one hand to the floor, keeping himself from completely collapsing with some difficulty.

"I didn't want to have to use so much power, but I might be able to help." A brief glow of her eyes indicated her own psychic powers at use. "Oh course, the problem is the same for everyone else's: hitting her." She added with a smirk.

She sighs with relief. "I would ask if you could use your psychic powers to hinder her, but Volkov put psy-blockers in her head. I may be able to do something, but I need a distraction."

"Cammy?" Casimir walked over and placed a hand on her shoulder. "It's okay, I can heal them.. But you need to calm down or we're all going to die."

Her aura flared, large as ever, eating through the floor and walls of the room, "I trained harder than any of you! I worked day and night! WHO DO YOU THIKN YOU ARE?! YOU'RE JUST SOME RICH SPOILED BRAT!"

Her aura surged, sucking all the moisture out of the air and filling the room with dry, exhausting, heat.

[Yun Lao]

She sighs with relief. "I would ask if you could use your psychic powers to hinder her, but Volkov put psy-blockers in her head. I may be able to do something, but I need a distraction."

"Unfortunately, I'm not like Rivia and don't much about telepathy and things like that..." The air around Rosemary rippled as the entire room began to shake softly. Cracks formed and scattered across the floor and ceiling only to disperse like smoke, leaving only the patch of white flooring surrounded by a familiar scene the other Arcadians might recall: the entry way to the nearly endless stairs that led to Arcadia. "...but I can give us the home team advantage."

Opening her hand, a white, broken sword immediately took residence and another glow of her eyes flashed by before the girl charged forth towards Carmen.

"Camryn." Casimir didn't remove his hand, despite it being on fire. "I know it's not.. I lost control earlier too," he recalled the explosion he himself had created. "But you've got to calm down. She's not saying you're not strong enough. Just think about what happened when you fired off the shockwave.. she can just keep doing that unless we find a way around it."

His bones and armor helped with the heat she was giving off but this wouldn't keep up. If he couldn't calm her down he'd need to get her to stop somehow.

[Chrosis]

Cammy spun, the burst of heat from the action more than enough to throw Cas off of her, "Shut up! I can handle her just fine!"

She turned and waved her arm, the detonation beyond anything of the size and scope of what she had used before. Everything in front of her was gone, enveloped in the enormous shockwave.

All her heat was sucked into a portal and disappeared. Carmen smiled widely.

"Fool girl. You can't hurt me here. This is my domain, and in here, you're just a child that never learned to control herself. Look at you, you've done more damage to your own friends and allies than I have, yet to rant and rave about being able to do something. You're just a broken tool for your grandfather."
