Marko looked around and grunted. All the guards lay on the ground, unconscious. He made the batons disappear, then walkedo ver to whoever of his group was still there.
"I take it we're done here?"
Maxana nods in agreement. "If you are going, please be careful. The way Sloane keeps going on about that blind woman, she is not to be taken lightly."
Sloane didn't even get a chance to warn anybody. Sensing danger immediately behind him, he sidestepped in time to barely avoid being skewered by a lance made of fire. Unlike her partner, Milia didn't stop moving at top speed or pause to talk. She immediately slid past him, leaving a long cauterized cut across his side as she proceeded to assault Skye without hesitation.
Something is missing. This form. This speed. Tiny little detail missing.
He expands his senses. Dust gathers. Small. It surrounds him. A cloud. A sphere. Invisible. It needed a name.... no, think later.
He doesn't bother answering the man. Takeshi could handle that. Instead, Robert looks around the room. Looking for any sign of Vi.
He never stops moving.
"Good. I can't wait to see the look on Volkov's face. It is long overdue."
The archway appeared nearby, curtesy of Xaric.
'The other two teams ran into a few snags, but seem close to wrapping up. The main assualt on Volkov starts in five minutes. You ready?'
Below here, on low sitting gurneys, and stretching from one end of the room to the other (whic his out of her eyesight) are bodies. Each one looks emaciated, each one little mroe than skin and bones. Tubes and machines are hooked into each one, the only thing keeping their minds alive while their bodies are, technically, dead.
There are hundreds in the room.
'Five minutes isn't enough time to wrap up. Especially considering the wrench that is the assassin in the works, Xaric.' Casimir responded annoyed.'I hope to god your plan for attacking Volkov is well thought out, because if it's anything like this fail of a raid, you're going to get us killed. I mean, are you sure this next part isn't another goddamn trap?.' He asked, his annoyance turning into anger.

The strike makes an awful ruckus and causes Skye to grimace, but does little real damage. Due to her connection to the earth, she doesn't budge from the blow.
Skye amps her Speed and says "Lady, I don't know who you are, but you're about to have a bad day."
