Rivia alters the walls to deflect the energy released by teh expolosions, but the effort is very hard on her psych.

The trail leads away from Media One, toward the inner parts of the Scoop.

The Pixes continue flying towards the the Scoop, moving as fast as they can.

Maxana reinforces the castle walls with a sheet of glass that wraps around the entire castle. She follows this up with a stream of fire, trying ti drive the gestalt back.

Rivia gives her a greatful smile before turning back to the wall's defenses.

This confuses the gestalt for a moment, but then it starts pressing even harder. Several of the walls began to crumble, alongside the added defenses Max has added.

The pixies find a non-descript warehouse like building, tucked away in the back of beyond in the Scoop. The trail ends inside there.

He reappeared inside the dome she'd erected and moved over to her body,nas as he watched he saw her chest rise and fall. She's still breathing, thank god... And her armor's in tact, but she's unconscious so... He kneeled down and worked the helmet off quickly, but what he saw caused him to wince.

The skin on the lower part of her face was bruised, her nose was also and it was bleeding. But most concerning was the fact that her chin didn't look right..

It looked broken. Goddammotherfuckingsonofabitch.

Unable to do anything about it, he just took her in his arms and held her. He was going to kill something before the day was over with.

It would be a few minutes before Ramilia can move again. It takes all her willpower to force the image smashing through that assassin's head like a hammer through a watermelon.

With her mind clear, her legs move on their own as she blurs into the building after Casimir. One look at Max's face, and his expression tells her all she needs to. She drops to her knees and takes her glasses off to cover her eyes with her free hand. "Dammit."

Within moments, she's taken the remaining guards out. The area is clear of opposition.

"Well," Boss muttered, somewhat disappointed. "That looks like the last of 'em. Shame, though. I was hoping to test out one of my dreadnoughts before we got to Volkov's base...Ah, well. The base is as good a place as any for a trial run, right?"

"Well," Boss muttered, somewhat disappointed. "That looks like the last of 'em. Shame, though. I was hoping to test out one of my dreadnoughts before we got to Volkov's base...Ah, well. The base is as good a place as any for a trial run, right?"

"Well, guess so." Sloane shrugged. It wasn't like anything was about to happen, right?

He reaches the top unopposed. The final room, where Vi is, is the CEO's office. The door before him is large, several inches thick of solid metal, and stands over ten feet tall.

OOC: The following takes place right before he gets to the top floor.

It was simple really. He knew what he needed now; so it was a matter of changing, changing in the way he needed to change.

Doubts. Fears. Hesitations. Concerns. Desires. Caring.

So he does it little by little. Piece by piece. Parts of his body crack and fall, but he keeps on running. Faster with each moment. Faster with every step.

He's faster. He's lighter. No, it's more than that, so much more. His eyes are Leyline blue and they don't show any signs of turning back to brown. Anyone in range feels it, something is being stripped off. Something is being torn down. Something is changing. Then Robert stops feeling everyone else, though they don't stop feeling him. It's fine. Right now, his voice is the only one that needs to be heard.

Cast Off!

WBX shatters completely and out of the dust rushes Robert.



He feels naked. He feels light. He feels unstoppable.

He laughs, long and hard.

The final door comes into view. He doesn't stop. Once he is in range a single finger reaches forward and touches it.

All Over the World.

Instead, he phases right through.

The office is beyond spacious, with oppulant furniture , lovely paintings, and a view to die for.

A large desk, solid steel made, sits in front of the windows, and sitting behind the desk is Vi's "father".

And in his hand he holds a strange gun of some sort, which he points at Robert and clicks.

The gun makes no noise or sound, but it's invisible attack slams into Robert with enough force that it is like a wreckingball hitting him. He blasts Robert through the metal door and back into the hallway outside.

The computers accept Mack's instructions, and they start broadcasting the new information Mack had imputed in. The hidden video feed Gulliver had shown them so long ago, alongside the missing persons reports, statistics, and everything else they had gathered against Volkov.

His comm goes off, with Xaric at the other end.

'Good job. The broadcast is going out strong.'

"Right, I'm gettin' outta here then, so's we can get back ta base," Mack replied.

He grinned and sent out another Zephyrkinesis message to the others.

"The broadcast is goin' out. We prolly oughta bail while th' gettin's good, y'know?"

Mack returned to his gaseous form and shot down the corridors and out through the hole he'd made during the sponge fight to rejoin the others.
