I was under the impression that the nurse from the end of the first "Captain America" was supposed to be Sharon Carter, the one played by the girl from "The OC" and "Reunion." I guess I was wrong.

I thought that, too. She even uses the term "Code 13," which I thought was a cute nod to "Agent 13," Sharon Carter's codename.

I wouldn't mind seeing Amanda Righetti as Sharon Carter, to be honest. She's not really a "name" actress, but she's proven her chops on The Mentalist, and she's also not hard on the eyes, so....

My first choice would be a blonde Hayley Atwell, because I was a bit enamored with her in TFA AND Sharon is supposed to be the spitting image of her (now great) aunt. If not her, just someone good for the role that doesn't look like she's 17. Which leads me to ...

... Alison Brie. I think her name is only here because of the director's history with her on Community. Seriously, she's NOT right for this role, especially compared to the others on this list. I love her to death, but that would be a bad call and frankly I really don't believe she's up for the role. Movie rumors are about as reliable as stock tips.

Seriously, though, if the Community connection is the reason for this rumour, I would think that Gillian Jacobs name would be in the mix.

Even though she's known as a comedic actress, she can actually do drama well - go check out her guest appearance on Fringe (I think it was the first season).

Plus, she's a blonde. And she's smokin' hot herself.

I hope that if Black Widow is included, she won't be involved as a love interest for Bucky. I really liked Brubaker's CAPTAIN AMERICA, but that plot did not appeal to me.
