Sad to see Gage go - he never really got the chance to develop the title into something beyond its "The Rogue Show" status he inherited, with only a handful of issues before having AvX foisted on the title, and little chance to go anywhere else after the tie-in.

It's sad to hear that Gage doesn't have anything ongoing lined up at Marvel, but I've honestly never really enjoyed his work. World War Hulk: X-Men was horrific, his run on Legacy has ranged from mediocre to bad, and the few issues of Avengers Academy that I read were really quite painful in places. It speaks volumes that he's ending his run with more Mimic. Who cares?

I was about to say "good riddance" myself lol...but that's more to this incarnation of Rogue and X-Men Legacy in general.

I got to hand it to Mr. Gage, he has a lot of heart for the Marvel Universe and its characters. As I truly did enjoy his work in Marvel. He will be missed.
