In honor of his retirement, Marvel Custom Solutions has created a commemorative poster of Philadelphia Eagle Brian "Weapon X" Dawkins by Jorge Molina to be given out during the NFL safety's final game this weekend.

That is awesome. Dawkins is one of my favorite Eagles of all time. Glad they are doing all this for him since they completely screwed up a few years ago by not offering him a contract and letting him leave for Denver. Wish I was going to the game so I could get one of those, though they should have used this shot instead.

I'm not an Eagles fan but Dawkins was the man. Every player out there should play as hard as he did. It's too bad he played his last couple in Denver but I always like when a player gets to retire with "his" team. HOF worthy.

It's funny this came up as I was watching NFL last sunday and looking at my Marvel figures and realised the natural connection between the heroes and the teams.
