He Broke His Arm carrying one of those massive guns?
Still we have 3 covers so far? Is Black Panther vs Namor too much to ask?

Excited about Gillen's Cable.
Also, is that Hope's "cape"? Like father, like daughter?

Maybe he was better off with the techno virus cause his arm kinda reminds me of Chris Elliott's little arm in Scary Movie 2.
Boom, called it! Seems the logical route to take. His actual hand is clearly visible in the promo image for Cable & X-Force and while, yes, Hope healed him of the TO Virus, people should remember that he's had it since he was an infant. That being the case, he has never actually used his left arm, so it would stand to reason the whole thing would essentially be atrophied at this point.
It was an idiotic question in my head from the get go when X-Sanction wrapped and I'm glad it's been addressed.
Cable heals all wounds only to lose an eye and arm by the start of his new X-Force. This cover though makes me wonder if he really loses his arm or if he wears a mechanical supporter because of the arm being weak because his arm looks shriveled up on that cover.
Holding out for a Peter/Miles team up.
