    Francis Manapul and Brian Buccellato bring back the "who killed Nora Allen?" storyline in "The Flash" #0, and in doing so give it a little more meat than previously seen.

    I normally like the art, but the last few pages were a confusing mess because all of the characters always look the same.

    And I'm not sure what purpose was served by intercutting the heist with the jail scene.

    I was already confused because my tired brain saw "Daniel West" and forgot that the Flash's last name is Allen, not West...
