    I thought this was probably the best issue of Lemire's JLD so far, which is ironic since the only thing I have really liked about his run to this point (Mikel Janin's art) was absent. Lots of character development for Constantine, it was interesting to see him grow. Would have liked to have seen Zatanna treated better though, she is basically just defined as "Necro's girlfriend" or "Constantine's girlfriend" and doesn't have much of a character of her own. Solid if unremarkable art by Garbett.
