    Default PREVIEW: Youngblood #74

They say that what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas... but when what happens is a pan-dimensional alien who wins all of Sin CIty in a bet, then it is up to Youngblood to go all in. It's double or nothing for Shaft, Die Hard, Lady Phantom, Vogue and Cougar, with the fate of several million people hanging in the balance. (No pressure!) Also, FBI Agent Jeff Terrell is one step closer to solving the mystery of a serial killer who moves through time. All this takes place on the eve of the 75th issue of YOUNGBLOOD!

I wonder which part of the art he did? Because that's NOT Liefeld's art.

He probably drew all the off-screen feet, and Shaft's swords on his back. That's one of his awesome signature skills.

It looks like he maybe did the breakdowns and had the other guy do the finishes? It looks Liefeldesque but...well...better or rather not as bad but it looks like he had a hand in it somehow. I've often thought this was the route for him to go. He's got a style thats interesting...dated, yes...but there's a flair to it on some level but there also too many things distracting about it as well but here were someone adds a little polish and detail it's improved upon greatly.

Rob did cover. I did all the interior stuff, just a screw up on credits. Give it a shot guys, each issue is increasingly better than the last!

    Lol.
I don't really understand why they have him do all the covers these days, they look so clumsy...
On the other hand, the snipped looked interesting enough, could it be that Youngblood is worth reading?
Anyone can give his impressions on the title? :)

    Ive read the first 3.
Arts nice. Bright and colourful. Nice throw-back to 90's stuff.
Dialogue and story not really to my liking.

When will Chapel return to this title? Since he's the only one I care about from this team.

Kinda, its all the same universe after all.
There hasnt been any real crossovers or tie-ins yet but theres the odd reference. I dont think theres been any in Youngblood yet though.

But off the top of my head theres been:
Task and Rubble (of Youngblood) appearing in Avengelyne, Supreme in Glory, Diehard (or a descendant of) in Prophet, Youngblood referenced in Bloodstrike etc.

This was pretty good issue. There was some fun banter and clean art. I have a question about an old page from a backissue seen at the tinypic archive. it's too small to read. Could someone please state the characteter names of everyone in the scene? Thanks.
