I'm reading it out of a need to see just how far it goes. It has gone waaaaay past (for me, personal opinion only) 'stuff I don't like because it's bad' into 'stuff I'm finding fascinating because the logic hurts my brain to read'.

Hey, I read it for the same reason I read Bleach. It's hilarious to me.

On a sidenote, Yujiro and Baki shouldn't have that 0.5 second problem since Demon Reflex is supposed to auto-pilot their body or something like that. So it also makes Ogre Brain (what Baki will get in a few chapters) redundant.

I generally class things like making a self-aware robot "children" of the creator, but in this case I've been confused by the fact that the new deity is technically one part of the greater whole that was already sharing a body three ways between a human, a deity and an ancient spiritual superweapon.

...The internet has really allowed nerdy fiction to get a heck of a lot more confusing than it was when we could only read/watch things published by large companies.

You are about to be dropped into a fairly standard fantasy setting. Without any further information, you must pick one of the following types of near-invincibility:

-Invincible whilst standing on artificially developed land. A city, a village, a hut... Even a tilled field will suffice.
-Invincible except when attacked by intangible beings, or weapons capable of harming intangible beings.
-Invincible so long as you are expecting the potential source of harm.
-Invincible when you are running.
-Invincible except when struck by anything holy.
