I'm very happy with this news. I love Lee's art but if he is leaving then I am thrilled to have Reis come in as replacement. Shazam is great, but seems a little redundant with Superman -two super-powerhouses. And it looks like Flash is leaving too. :-(
I knew GL was leaving, but what about Flash?
New DCU:
JL, JLI, Aquaman, Flash, Green Arrow, Batman, Detective Comics, B: TDK, Batman and Robin, Action Comics, Superboy, Green Lantern, GLC, GL: NG, RL, Teen Titans, Men of War, JLD
Sad to see Reis leaving Aquaman, but awesome to see him on Justice League! Really looking forward to this
Wait a second, didn't Jim do his one year on the book? He never said he'd be on it for an extended period. Why are you chastising him for doing his job? It makes no sense to keep Jim on a single book year after year. His artwork is an asset to DC and he helps launch books. Him being on issue #15 of a book doesn't do as much for DC as him tackling the first six or 12 issues of a series.

I ain't no hot dog, yo.
So flash is leaving? Good. I hate him on this team.
I'm sad to see that Flash isn't on either cover. It's interesting that they'll have a story focused on Aquaman, although I wonder if it will be a crossover between the two books considering how they phrased it.
Hmmm... Jim Lee leaves Justice League right after rumors broke about Jim Lee drawing Man of Steel written by Scott Snyder. Weird coincidence...![]()
Next up, Jim Lee is gonna finish All Star Batman--bwahahah! Just kiddin! That project is on a slab in the morgue.
I believe all that needs to be said has been. So here’s my two cents.”-- ScottMC, inadvertently summing up the Internet.
Maybe Geoff Johns will return to Action Comics and bring Jim Lee with him. The Superman books could use some life
Bittersweet news, Jim has always been my favorite artist, but you can't go wrong with Ivan either, can't wait to see what Jim will be working on next.
I would actually prefer that Jim Lee stay on Justice League, but I'm okay with Ivan Reis taking over. I've really been enjoying his work on Aquaman. He's did great work with Geoff Johns on Blackest Night so I'm all for him joining Justice League. Based on the teasers for the Trinity War, 2013 should be an interesting year for this comic.
