There must be some rule in the Avengers charter that dictates that the team must always have a "Captain" with long, flowing blonde locks. Since Captain Marvel cut hers (or not, depending on the artist)... Captain America must have felt compelled to compensate and grow his out. Really.

His art is so terrible. White, once again, is terrific on colors, but JRJR's work is wasting White's talent. Is that a gun? It has the general shape of a rifle I guess. Is Cap's leg broken? Why is the soldier sporting long hair? Why are his hands and forearms as thick as his thighs?
