So sad to see Remender go :(
His run was the best. The interview makes it sound like there really will be more than one X-force after AvX...

thus ends one of my favorite runs on an X-Men book.
    this sucks.
And they'll likely kill off Psylocke and Daken just to rub more salt in the wound...

One of the best runs on a X book in recent memory comes to an end, I will miss it; still wondering what team will carry on with the title.

The plans the new teams have moving forward are so exciting, I'm really heartbroken that I won't be involved in what's happening.

So that truly confirms there will be more than one team.

I am actually going to miss this run. I don't often say that. I do like that strands will be carried through to another book, even if it is the Uncanniest Avengers.

I wasn't the biggest fan, but I did find Remender's X-Force eminently readable. This is how we readers will suffer as Marvel (and DC) chase that elusive new-reader market. Good runs abruptly cut short for the next new "jumping on" event, epitomized by fancy fresh renumbering and new creative teams. These things are going to happen with even more frequency, as they chase these new readers/potential purchasers who apparently shit themselves over hard-to-tackle continuity.

Did I understand correctly that he said that the story first takes place in Wolverine and the x-men, then Uncanny X-force and then Uncanny Avengers and all of it happens after AVX??? So does this mean that Evan/Genesis could still turn into Apocalypse even though he is still in Wolverine and the x-men 25?
And could this even mean that...... Wolverine leaves the x-men to go total Avenger???

    2 deaths: blob, and EVA.

Agreed, although I do think the original CC run spoils us. Has anyone been on a superhero title longer than Claremont was on Uncanny?

Really sad to see Remender go, this has been my favourite title since I started reading comics monthly a year ago (I started at about #15 with Uncanny X-Force and got all the back issues my LCS had within a few months, only missing #2, #4 and #5 now). I've truly enjoyed this series. It's made me care about Angel, Psylocke and Fantomex (who I'd never heard of before).

I have total faith that the conclusion will be spectacular!
Avengers Arena is one of the best books in the shops right now, it's seriously amazing.

I'm doing some stuff over in "Uncanny Avengers" that shows what was going on with Apocalypse, Thor and Rama Tut way back during the Age of the Pharaohs. We see this armor again there. It's all a rich tapestry.
Thor and Apocalypse and Kang, way to blend the X-Men and Avenger's elements together! I like that Remender just drops story elements, he seems to come across as forthcoming, I find small amounts of Spoilers make me enjoy certain storylines better. I think it works for the same reason Previews work, and solicitations too.

You aren't the market for these books, readers like you are taken for granted because they know you'll purchase anyway. You're expected to buy them much like blacks and minorities are expected to vote for Democrats with little or no incentive.
