I wonder if everyone in involved in this "event" was on cocaine when they thought of it lol
um.....What made Cyclops kneel before Xavier?
yea, not surprising these jokers were all drunk when they came up with this garbage. thanks for the confirmation, tom b.
So we have Bendis to "thank" for the Iron Fist-Phoenix retcon. Seems about right.
"That's a very nice school you have here, it'd be a shame if someone dropped some Sentinels on it"
It sure doesn't sound like Xavier's going to die...
Xavier pulled together five kids from his NEIGHBORHOOD, and well...did a terrible job as a father figure, all things considered.
I wish this event will end for two reason one it is to damn long, and two so x fans can stop all there damn crying.
Animals sense weakness, sharks smell blood in water
Ishmael, Moses and Job, knew the divine order.
I have a hard time believing that at his core, Colossus wants to put crab legs on whales and beat the crap out of his sister.
I suspect you'll be missing the only good part of the event if you pass on Consequences. Kieron Gillen is one of the few writers that can dress up this mess.
I really get the feeling that nobody on the Marvel staff understands that this crossover has been poorly written, predictable, and is in no way even-handed for the two teams.
I think the idea was that Colossus was trying to do the right thing in both cases.
In the case of the whales, it was well meaning but incredibly stupid. He thought he was helping them out.
In the case of his sister, he was trying to save her by driving the Phoenix out of her, as he (rightly) believed it was corrupting her. The intent wasn't to harm but rather to save his sister.
