Winning...now Cyclops is sounding like Charlie Sheen. Marvel really has gone overboard with making him seem like the villain. And yet, I can't for the life of me figure out why he and the Phoenix Five need redemption.

What Namor did was stupid, that's beyond dispute. But it wasn't like Colossus and Magik were throwing innocent people or dissidents into their prison. They were only throwing the Avengers into it, who by the way kept attacking them and were responsible for splitting the Phoenix in the first place.

And what did Cyclops do in K'un L'un? He didn't destroy it like Namor did to Wakanda. He didn't even threaten to kill anyone. He just wanted Hope back. And I can't figure out why they thought he was the bad guy.

Perhaps something in AvX #11 happens that changes this, but if so then it'll only reinforce this growing problem that began in AvX #10. This isn't Avengers vs. X-men anymore. It's just Marvel Universe vs. the Phoenix. There's no debate between the two teams anymore. Everything is just a big monster mash up and we already had that with Fear Itself. I'm now expecting to be very disappointed with this and the final issues of AvX. I'm content to just wait for All New X-men at this point.

Emma jumping to killing so quickly, how amusing.. funny in Gillen tie-ins this is all happening and neither Emma or Scott seem to have gone dark.

Gillen doesn't seem to have a problem writing Scott as a villain either
