    Vibranium snaps:

apparently Gronkowski may have broken/fractured his arm
I saw something about that. Now the question is, is he out next week or will he go all Gronk and just play with a cast?

Nutkick to my fantasy team if he's out. I think he's my high scorer for the year...

Gronkowski will be out 4-6 weeks and is scheduled to have surgery today. I hope Patriots fans are appreciating this golden age of their team, because when it's over they're (the team, not the fans) are going to get ass-slammed from all the teams they've run the score up on over the years.

Alex Smith will not play for the 49ers tonight which means we get the marquee matchup, Jason Campbell vs. Colin Kaepernick (kidding people, this one should be a defensive slug fest).

Yesterday was a pretty terrible day of football. Didn't really care about any of the games.

Seriously, though, I gave up on the Colts/Patriots game after halftime.

Except that is the thing ... its not that KC has a lack of talent . They have an offensive team full of players that could logically win as they did 2 seasons ago. They have added more youth to that defense in Houston (who has paired with Hali to form a sack tandem ) and they cut a CB due to the fact 2 young players they drafted made him expendable.

Its not lack of talent honestly. Its likely this :

1.) Bad coaching : When you pass over Al Saunders who was OC during KC's era of "Greatest Show on Turf II" in the early 2000's and other candidates for Brian Doball who coached Miami's piss poor offense for years , your in trouble.

2.) Players getting down - There isn't a master motivator there to get the players off themselves. Crennel hasn't pushed the right buttons and his whole , "I'm gonna bench anyone who turns over the ball" now mantra isn't helping. The players are down already on themselves. Some have started to give up completely. Even if they are better than what they should be doing .

    3) No QB - Of KC's 31 turnovers this season , a lot is at the plate of Matt Cassel . The Chiefs gambled that Cassel would rebound under Daboll's system and so far its not happened and went in reverse. Brady Quinn is no better . People are wanting to see if Ricky Stanzi has anything worth keeping since he was a 3rd rd pick 2 seasons ago. Because right now Cassel has been down right terrible , Quinn isn't the answer and Stanzi hasn't been given a chance. If all 3 fail , its clear this team needs a QB.

Its not a team that needs a complete makeover really. Its a young team that really needs better coaching to get them playing better and needs a QB to pull the trigger on a consistent basis.

Least I can say this... KC is in the shitter this season , but at least they have hurt the Steelers . Its claimed if Rothlisberger tries to rush back from his injury he risks nerve damage. Yes ....KC may go 1-15 , but hey ...they may have hurt the Steelers.

It's the Browns vs. Charlie Batch at home. If we lose this one, Pat Shurmer might as well just clean out his office after the game.

At this time the 49ers have 20 points and the Bears have 20 yards of offense.

Well that drive was helped by the referees who fucked up and threw a flag on the 49ers. So far in this game the Bears are getting Jason Campbell killed. Aldon Smith has 4 sacks already and the defense is just terrorizing the guy.
