Never fear, if the UU has taught us anything it's that for everyone we lose we eventually get a replacement. I anticipate a Wyoman or some other variation to join the forms and disagree with popular opinion soon enough
Also, congrats Obama! May you smite Texans like the ants they are beneath your mighty foot of political power!

Man, all this time I've been gone and only Robbie had the good sense to know my man Barack Obama would win. I've been telling people at work all week ... well last week now ... that it's very clear Obama would win the electoral college. EASILY!
Although, Robbie you're logic of him winning a second term just because he was incumbent is a little off. Generally, incumbents do win but they usually win when the majority of people are happy. People in America are not happy. But even I was a bit nervous, it's one thing to see a simple poll. It's quite another to see the results.
Semesters almost over, an election won for another four years.
So Hows everyone?
BTW, thanks for that post Robbie. Awww shucks! You make me blush.
Any scientist who isn't willing to kill for science isn't really a scientist at all.
He really did it, he found away to get out of this life. It was a good time man.

Anyone else here plan to see the new James Bond movie? It's been a while since I've really enjoyed a James Bond movie, but I've heard a lot of great things about Skyfall. It's supposed to have all those elements that make James Bond awesome. It sounds so promising, but I've been disappointed before. Hope that's not the case this time.

Welcome back, Jer! I'm so glad the semester's nearly over. Only a few more weeks of this insane schedule. Do you have any crazy students giving you troubles?
Hopefully I'm seeing it tonight or tomorrow. I really want to see it. I've heard nothing but good things.
Ultimate Comics • Aquaman • Batman • Batman, Inc. • Batman and Robin • Justice League • Wonder Woman • Star Trek Ongoing • Morning Glories • Saga
So Wyokid's leaving just as the old gang's back together?
Nah, he'll be back in a couple weeks. It doesn't really take up much of one's time being on here, especially when you have Internet access on your phone.
But then again, some people struggle to spare even half an hour of their day, due to work, family, freinds, kids, etc..
@Jer - Nice to see you back, Jer.
Obviously it isn't entirely accurate, but that's why I check the level of apportionment on re-election years. That always seems to determine the outcome of re-elections. The level of apportionment applied in American politics is simply ridiculous. I don't know why you don't all just rise up and stop it from happening. I've tried finding out why the US apply it so vigorously but the only explanation Wikipedia gives me is that it's due to the government not fully trusting the decisions of the people. I can't find any other explanation as to why it happens.
Also, though it may not determine much, I just want to point out that it's only the first year elections that get any kind of international promotion, at all. Seriously, no one I knew (in the UK) had any idea about the election, and yet when it's a first term election, we're completely barraged with information about it. Just an observation, that's all. But I wouldn't have even heard about the election if I hadn't come on this website, whereas whenever a President really is going to be changed, the radio won't stop going on about it. This may not be an accurate evaluation of such tings, but as an observation, it stands out clear as day to the point where it simply cannot be a coincidence, and from past experience, it has always been rather easy to tell who's going to win. I remember when Al Gore went up against Bush. After hearing about the level of apportionment on the radio, there was clearly no way Al Gore could have won, even though everyone hates Bush for the fucking warlord that he is. Sorry, got a bit emotional there. Everyone seemed to want Al Gore to win, even though it clearly wasn't going to happen. :(
Apportionment is a hot topic in UK politiics, as I'm sure it is also in America. But what annoys me is how the entire world just accepts it. It's almost like they're ignoring logical cogitations in their mind because their 'faith' is so strong.
I'm not complaining or anything. Well.. I am.. now that I'm discussing it..

Did you not like the other Craig films? Casino Royale was great (despite a poker scene that lasted far too long) and Quantum of Solace had some seriously fantastic, never ending action, though the story suffered for it. I was supposed to see it at midnight on Wednesday, but my friend got too drunk before he went, so he forgot to call me. Hopefully I'll see it this weekend.
Anyone else playing Halo 4? It's kind of my life right now. ODST and Reach were nice, but this is the game I've been waiting five years for. It hasn't disappointed yet; hopefully I'll finish the campaign tonight.
I like Ultimate Comics. - Read them with us!
I also buy: Captain America, Avengers, FF, New Avengers, X-Factor, among others
Blood and Chrome - first two episodes posted
