Marvel Comics brought its Marvel NOW! news to Fan Expo Canada, explaining how it spins out of the events of AvX and what fans should expect from the new creative teams on "Avengers," "FF," "Deadpool" and "All-New X-Men."

Wrapping the panel, Singh responded to audience queries regarding Canadian heroes in the Marvel NOW!, saying there will in fact be some very surprising line-ups, including some of the characters from "Runaways" as well as major storylines involving X-Men character Cable.

Very exciting. They've been talking about major plans for Cable for awhile, so I'll be glad when AvX finally ends next month and they can reveal what they actually are.

Definitely my favorite quote of the article. However, I have a hard time believing that Wolverine won't at least entertain the possibility of hooking up with a teenage Jean Grey. He's already shown that he can get pretty close to teenage girls as Kitty Pryde and Jubilee can attest. This is the girl whose hair he kept. That's the obsessive kind of creepy that you just don't forget or overlook.

I know right ~ at this point i think they'd have been better off coming up with a story where Classic Nick Fury died (or something) and Ultimate Nick Fury came across to the 616 ~ somehow that would seem less convoluted then Nick Fury Jr.

I don't want Ultimate Fury coming to 616. I think that would be worse. There should only be one Nick Fury for 616. The original.
