Yeah, old thread. (not too old though)
Big kudos for the acting here, the voice actress who plays Taiga did quite a good job. I'm not usually all that interested by this kind of anime but :
Memorable. Not a huge fan of Toradora but that scene works.

Humor : Hayate the combat butler, when Hayate asks Santa why he never have any presents for Christmas. I laughed for like 4 minutes straight. Really didn't see that one coming and the Japanese voice actor delivers the line perfectly.
Emotion : hmm, tough one, must be one of the scenes involving Inuyasha and Kikyo i guess. The last time Kikyo appears in the anime i would say. (can't say much more without spoiling)
Fight : Luffy vs Arlong, the whole thing was amazing.

Yeah stelok posted quite a few things I don't recognize without any indicators of what they are.
Anyway both Kiritsugu and Kariya from Fate/Zero have some very memorable moments (but I'm sure everyone on that show/novel would have a qualifying moment)

The ending to the Cotton Drifting Arc from Higurashi. You know the one in the hospital and monster behind the bed. The anime was creepy, but dear god the imagery with the manga is so frickin terrifying that I can never forget it.
The fight between Negi and Chao from Negima. Pretty awesome and probably the most memorable fight scene from the entire manga personally.
Luffy destorys Nami's old room from the Arlong arc in One Piece is always good, memorable scene.
