Even though I don't think they're actually going to kill everyone, I have to admit that I'm kinda worried now. It will be hard to maintain my love and interest in this series if they kill everyone I'm attached to.

I thought about this possibility but dismissed it because I didn't think Kirkman would do something THAT drastic. Unless...he ended the series with issue 100. Which would be...disappointing, somewhat. But if the end were fitting it could be cool.

everyone will die, all but maybe 1 person

that person will find a way to go back in time and stop it

so they will all die, but then they wont!

Kirkman has said that Angstrom Levy was going to be showing up again, so you are probably close to the truth...maybe he found a time machine in his dimension hopping travels...

I've actually been thinking that a situation like this is a real possibility.

The original Doom Patrol all died when the series ended. Nothing new.

Or Kirkman is just busting on his fans and leading them to false conclusions and theories.

    That's also nothing new.

Is anybody going to fall for this hype? What idiot would kill off his entire cast and basically cut his income in half?

Kirkman's no idiot, that's for sure. Why do you think he works his stories into large repeating plot circles? People keep buying it up.

And I'm guilty in that. I just love seeing a baseball bat pop a dude's eye out and smash his skull open

Does it really matter? Other characters have died in Invincible and later came back. Anybody that Kirkman kills in #100 can easily be brought back later.

Maybe we'll see an 'escape the afterlife' arc. There's a lot you can do if you legit kill off your entire main cast. I hope it's not a time travel fake out (Savage Dragon just did that a year ago, you see)

But I expect the execution will be nothing we expect.

Well the current arc does deal with dimension hoping.

Maybe this is to set up a new status quo on an alternate world with alternate versions of the normal cast.
