All I can say is...extreme!
It's still JRJr. I mean it's good, but it's not exactly exciting.
Why aren't you reading Winter Soldier? You should be!
Is that Crossbones with tree branches sticking out of him?
No shortage of action in these pages! Looks great!
I'm really excited about this. I'm always a Captain America fan, especially when (as here) he's done in the old-school, colorful, superheroic way, as it was under the pens of Lee and Kirby. I sincerely respect the wonderful work done with and by Ed Brubaker, but this seems more like the Cap I personally want to read. The only real question for me is whether to buy it monthly, or wait and hope to buy a big, juicy trade in a year.
I got a good laugh out of that indifferent looking Cap shrugging off the henchman while piloting with the other hand. Romita is Romita. I'll pick up the first issue.
Bring The Noise. The way the eye draws down the page is Xciting!
Axel Was hyping up Cassaday's Uncanny Avengers pages on twitter i wanna see those!
Batman Batwoman Animal Man Swamp Thing Justice League Dark Uncanny Avengers Adventure Time Ghostbusters Fearless Defenders Journey Into Mystery Superior Foes Of Spider-Man Trinity Of Sin: Pandora
Looks like JRjr in top form. I hope he can stay on through the first arc without having to bring someone on to do finishes for his breakdowns (like Kick Ass2) or another artist entirely (like the partial fill-in for McNiven in Brubaker's Cap).
