Scarlett and Rogue's costumes are fantastic.
''How do you find someone who has spent a lifetime covering his tracks? For some, he was a guardian angel. To others, a ghost who never quite fit in''
Really? I thought Wanda's costume was as boring as hell. I'm not sure how having a trench coat is any more practical than her main costume or Perez's Gypsy outfit. Those were at least interesting and fun. I've seen worse certainly, but I've also seen a lot better.
Meh, i'm not liking Havok's look.

Okay, now that I can see them instead of that awful designed cover, they look better.
I do think Rogue should have kept the scarf. I thought that added some personality flair to her. She seems to look younger now with this new look.
I like the Scarlett Witch's new look; it looks like something a grown woman would wear, where as her old one looks like a Halloween costume. Havok's isn't bad either. Also, Rogue's costume reminds me of the one she wore in Age of X.

They kept it simple.
Simple is good.
After all, somebody is going to have to draw this stuff over and over again.
I still think the first cover looks poor but these designs are okay. It's just unfortunate that Cap and Thor also had to be changed, and that this cast has zero ethnic diversity so they look a bit generic regardless.
Why are so many people spelling "Scarlet" with two Ts? It's one T. Not "Scarlett" the name, "Scarlet" the colour.
Can't say I like any of the redesigns. It's very silly that Brevoort is talking about making the Scarlet Witch's outfit look more practical... and they added high heels.
The classic version remains better.

The tiara may be Wanda's most identifiable design element, but it's also a silly looking anachronism. It's a bit disingenuous to talk about how her costume needs to be "practical" and then make a point of keeping the most impractical design element of the old one.
To hell with practicality. These are snooze-inducing boring.

I don't understand the need for practicality. I can understand the need for change if they look outdated or don't mesh well with other characters' costumes but I've already accepted that characters can shoot lasers out of their eyes- I can take an impractical costume, too.
