Spurrier, Huat Bring A Legion to "X-Men Legacy"

Si Spurrier and Tan Eng Huat take on the relaunched "X-Men Legacy" in November, but the series no longer stars Rogue, with Proffesor Xavier's son Legion instead stepping into the series' lead role.

Ooh that sounds pretty cool actually. I would like X-Men Legacy to have legacy characters like Rachel, X-23, Warpath, Quicksilver, or even Polaris(provided it wouldn't take her away from Peter David).

Hmmm...split on this. I did get a little bored with the Legion plots in Legacy, but, this might be very cool.

I wonder if Professor X will co-star in the book?

Legion was a bit before my time. I did find him entertaining pre and post-Age of X, though. I like Huat on a good day, though I heard his work on the Annihilators books wasn't that great. I don't think I'm going to jump on immediately, but I'll keep an eye on it.

At last..

I'm a David Haller fan since his very first appearance in NEW MUTANTS by Claremont and Sienkiewicz, this is a character with very huge potential..
I'm also curious about who will be in the supporting cast and what the threat will be, so yeah, I'm in, Back to Basis all the way

He can't if he's dead.

Seriously though, I know it's early but no mention of him does make you wonder. It will make for a much more interesting take if he his father is dead. No one to hold his hand anymore.

Actually it concerns me that Professor X might indeed be the one to bite it at the end of AvX, which then spurs on Legion's "redemptive" arc.

If Chuck is alive, then a book starring Magneto, Professor X, and David could be quite cool...

but judging from that image, it looks like the cast is: Legion, Magneto, Cyclops, Wolverine, and Cable...

Maybe Professor X dies and gets 'stuck' in Legion's crazy head? :)

This. I really hoped it would be about Hope's legacy as Cable, but David's pretty cool I guess. I'd like to see the rest of the New Mutants too.

If that's the cast (minus Wolverine) I'm definitely buying this!

Good theory on Chuck's mind getting displaced in his head! That would be a great read.
