Stack's. A bar in the MU run by Machine Man. Wacky situations occur between the ornery automaton bartender and the superheroic clientel. It's also a deeper study into the human experience and what it means to be a drunk robot in a fleshbag world.

And Thunderbolts. Has a great hook and built-in tension.

Runaways would be awesome, especially for kids and adults.

Marvel has the Punisher rights back, and that almost seems like it'd be a better fit for TV than yet another movie.

I think there's a lot of material to be mined with Marvel's lower tier super-villains. The guys who just want to rob a bank, not conquer the world. The Beetles and Blizzards and Ringers of the world. There's the Vault, the Thunderbolts, the Bar With No Name, the Tinkerer, and all sorts of fun concepts to play with. I know Bendis overused him and took him in some odd directions, but The Hood would be a fun series lead.

As much I would LOVE a Moon Knight series, it seems highly unlikely Moon Knight would work under ABC: they would have to rewrite the character completely. His extremely violent way of taking care of business so-to-speak would work beautifully on cable (as would the Thomas Jane Punisher.).

For me, Defenders show would be great fun, could definitely work and slowly coax in characters like Doctor Strange, Iron Fist, Red She-Hulk etc. It would also allow Marvel to show more of the Cosmic side of the universe in between the GoTG and Avengers 2 movies.

As many have said Heroes for Hire and Thunderbolts could work well too.
