Default With Morrison leaving D.C. soon

Well, almost a year. But is Batman Inc. going to continue? I think it's supposed to come to an end, but knowing DC...
Also, release ONE hardcover with all of the New 52, not the volume stuff!

There's been other threads on this. We really don't know yet.

Also, I detest huge hardcovers. They're difficult to read.

Wait, so you want them to release a hardcover with about 18,500 (and counting every month) at some point? Or... what? Are you wanting hardcovers that collect every New 52 issue from each month like the massive one that collected all the #1s? Why? What could possibly be the point of that?

Haha no, I meant instead of doing a Vol 1. Batman inc for the New 52 (I know theres a pre new 52 that has all the Batman Inc.) and a Vol 2., just collect all of Morrison's new 52 Batman inc. Which is 1-13. That's not a huge hardcover at all.

I have commented about this before, once that Morrison ends his story the book should continue focusing on the Batman Inc. members like Knight & Squire, Nightrunner, El Gaucho, etc.

Not only it would be a different tone for the title but it could also serve as a way to showcase another characters from the franchise and maybe give them their own books.
Comic Books are fun, Comic Book fans not so much.

I am also hoping for a single deluxe volume of the new 52 Inc issues.

It is a joke that DC is splitting arcs up to make more money. There is no reason Night of the Owls should be collected in one hard cover. I agree with that.

As for Inc. - DC will be able to sell books, so they'll keep it running until we stop buying.

After Batman Inc 12*. Read the main page every now and then, dude.

*Also Multiversity in 2013. But nothing between them.

I saw that he was focusing on more creator owned stuff, but saw nothing about him leaving DC.

That pretty much means leaving DC.

He's not. He's just taking a break from superheroes for a while, which he does from time to time. He has three series he's developing at Vertigo. I'm sure once he gets through with them, he'll be back to superheroes with a new approach, just like last time when he left Marvel and the time before when he left dOOM pATROL.

No. Vertigo's contracts are not very friendly to creators compared to Image or Dark Horse or Boom!.

He'll probably do the final chapter of Seaguy for Vertigo.

'Mm,' she agreed. 'He's a little bit dodgy in the same way that rats are a little bit covered in fur."

I hope they don't quit batman Inc after 12 issues. The worldwide battle against Leviathan would take much longer than that. If they don't want to keep it centered around Batman and Robin, they could at least shift the focus to different Bat associates and locales per story arc. It would be a nice way to keep up with Bat characters without creating a new monthly title for popular ones.
    Chill!
