    Default Sales Estimates for July, 2012 - "The Walking Dead" Tops the Chart

    "The Walking Dead" easily took the number one sales slot for July, while DC Comics placed first in overall units and dollars and "Batman: Earth One" was the best selling graphic novel.

    To be fair, it did have multiple covers and although many probably only bought one copy, I'm sure there were those who bought multiple copies. I personally at the end decided to only get the McFarlane cover. I was going to get the Silvestri one as well but I went cd shopping instead.

    Either way, it's a win, win for Kirkman and its nice to see a horror book kick the shit out of superhero books.

    How do people think The Walking Dead #101 will sell? I think sales will improve from its norm and am going to guess 60-65k

    That is where my guess would be as well. Issues 98 and 99 sold around 50k to 55k so I expect 101 to be slightly higher than that.
