No, I meant a reboot of the movies meaning a brand new Batman trilogy that is not part of the Nolan continuity. Nolan's version ended and it ended well, I am sure DC is planning on a new set of movies. And yes I agree that Battle of the Cowl was bad but I loved what followed with the Dick-Batman and Damian Robin so that is more of what I want. Poor choice of words on my part to say Battle of the Cowl. The first movie won't have to be an adaptation of that mini but rather an exploration of what Bruce started, how important it is and how his proteges work to maintain his legacy.
Bruce won't be Batman but his presence will be felt and flashbacks can show him now and then.

New Batman movie should actually be about Batwoman instead. Nolan's already done the definitive Batman movies, you need to change it up now otherwise anything will just pale in comparison. It'd be like someone rebooting/remaking The Lord of the Rings trilogy. How could you possibly expect it to stand up to Peter Jacksons movies?
