The concussion that guys like Kofi,MVP,Benjamin,Burke,and even Cryme Tyme got from hitting the glass ceiling says "ouch" right back at you. Muscles gets you noticed, but as of late , it buys you about 15 seconds of fame.The big muscle pass is slowly losing it[s] [value] in today's WWE.

Totally agree. I think we'll be seeing more athletes versus body builders We'll still get a giant ripped guy but it'll be farther between than the days of yore.

If you ask me though Burke, Benjamin, and Cryme Tyme weren't exactly going to go far regardless if there was any glass ceiling or not. MVP was only with WWE for four years before he left for New Japan and I don't think his WWE run was really bad at all. Kofi is the only guy who I think should be higher up on the card than he currently is.

Burke wasn't that good. Benjamin I saw as a workhorse IC division guy, maybe get a WH run but that was it. Cryme Tyme were a true tag team during a time when tag teams were not valued. MVP ... was a grossly underused heel. He could be in a program right now for the two main titles. His face run was decent and could benefit from a nice feud. I wish they gave him one or two more fueds with bigger named guys for the titles. Kofi, I think, is perfect where he is. He's an IC guy and I don't think a major title run will ever work unless he was a transitional champ.

The problem is would the fans care enough to react to his heel turn? To me they had the perfect opportunity to turn him heel when him and Santino got eliminated in the tag tournament. I was waiting for him to just snap and attack Santino on the spot.

Needs to change his character to be a good heel, i really like Hawkins by the way, think he's pretty darned good in ring and good with the mic, one of the highlights of the neverending season of nxt.

The problem with changing the character is his character is what got him over to begin with. If they make him all serious he'd just come off as your usual generic WWE wrestler.
