i don't think a tan and buch of shitty tattoos would help much. personally though, i think hero deserves plenty for the work he's put into getting in the shape he in. also to imply he's out of shape isn't accurate, the dude has better cardio in the ring than most of the roster. feel bad for hero in the wellness era. not much he can do, if he loses more weight he'll be too skinny, if he roids up to pack on muscle he'll piss hot.

I don't think he's out of shape, i've watched him work.
I don't see vince looking at him and saying "God damn, bring that fucker up!"
Which is a shame, because he's easily the most complete guy in developmental, was over Rollins on everything except look imo(yknow...since he can talk).

I'm not convinced the way a guy looks contributes to how over his is tbh. My wife says Cody is the best looking guy on the show, he isn't over most places. I don't think Daniel Bryan is impressive looking, he's over. Punk, as pointed out many times, looks like a waffle house cook, he got over.
It seems to me, when wwe pushes a guy because of his look it tends to not work.

We recently noted that WWE was interested in signing Ring of Honor star Mike Bennett, the fiancee to former WWE Diva Maria Kanellis. Maria tweeted the following teaser last night:

- WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels will be making a special appearance at the next set of NXT TV tapings at Full Sail University on January 10th.

- Jim Ross commented on last night's NXT tapings via Twitter:

seriously gryhp, a 5min match?? even for what it was it was just OK. he had a couple of nice throws and his matwork wasn't bad it wasn't really impressive either.

- WWE Legend Jimmy Snuka will be signing copies of his new autobiography on December 8th at Bookends in Ridgewood, New Jersey.

- According to WWEDVDNews, the working title for WWE's upcoming DVD set on Bret Hart is, "Bret 'Hitman' Hart: The Dungeon Collection." The set will feature unseen matches from Bret and WWE's library. It's scheduled for a March 2013 release.

- WWE talents arrived in Norfolk, Virginia on Thursday to begin their Tribute to the Troops weekend. WWE has several events planned in the area for today:

* Mick Foley, John Cena, Eve Torres, Zack Ryder, Sin Cara, Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez will be meeting wounded veterans at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth

* Big Show, Ted DiBiase, Hornswoggle, Brodus Clay, Naomi and Cameron will host an anti-bullying rally at Norfolk Elementary School at Sewells Point

- AJ Lee posted photos of her and some of the WWE talents hanging out with the troops yesterday in Norfolk. She revealed that Mark Henry is finally back on the road with WWE after being out with an injury for several months. No word yet if Henry is back for just the TTTT or if he's ready to return to TV full-time. It was recently reported that Henry was ready to return so we will see.

If you ask me though Burke, Benjamin, and Cryme Tyme weren't exactly going to go far regardless if there was any glass ceiling or not. MVP was only with WWE for four years before he left for New Japan and I don't think his WWE run was really bad at all. Kofi is the only guy who I think should be higher up on the card than he currently is.
