Will Fox Trade Marvel Galactus For Daredevil?

Time is running out for Fox to retain rights to the "Daredevil" universe of characters, but Marvel may give Fox more time to develop a "Daredevil" film in exchange for the rights to use the "Fantastic Four" universe.

A Fantastic Four movie done like the other Marvel Cinematic Movies would be amazing. And just imagine an Avengers/FF battle with Galactus like in the old Fantastic Four John Byrne issues. Fox can have Daredevil, because that movie will probably _still_ be terrible.

That's what I was thinking. People will assume it's for GOTG or The Avengers, but I could easily see Galactus and the Silver Surfer going up against Thor.

They should try and get back Dr. Doom, the Scarlet Witch/Quicksilver, and rights to use the Baxter Building in backgrounds.

I don't think this deal includes the rights to the entire FF universe, just Galactus and the Silver Surfer.

Not really fond of Joe Carnahan directing Daredevil, I was not impressed with The A-Team.I haven't seen his other work. so hopefully it would be good..If Daredevil goes back to Marvel, it maybe years before we see another DD film, I don't see him being apart of Phase two of Marvel films, more than likely Phase three which maybe 8-10 years down the road..LOLOL.
In my opinion, the deal should be let Marvel have the rights to the whole FF universe and not just parts like The Silver Surfer and Galactus, I think Marvel could do a better FF movie than Fox.

Marvel/Disney is in prime position to redefine the film rights on BOTH the FF and Daredevil franchises. And perhaps even the X-Men. Fox is up against the wall. I'd say "We get the rights back to both franchises in 5 years, no matter what, and you can make your Daredevil film." or even fold all their Marvel films back under the Marvel Studios banner, with Fox having only distribution rights for the next few years. Sorta like the deal they had with Lucas for the Star Wars films.

Fox has dug themselves a hole. Disney should pounce and play hardball.

Two comments:
1) Considering all Fox could manage with Galactus was a big grey cloud, have they ever really exercised their rights to him at all?
2) In the end, doesn't Marvel still have ultimate say on any production with Marvel characters? I can't imagine that Fox could get away with anything they wanted with Daredevil without Marvel getting the option to comment? And given that situation, could they not just leverage their veto for better trade deals?

Oh, I so hope this is true and that Marvel get to use Surfer, Galactus, and not mentioned but perhaps importantly, the Kree, the Skrull and Annihillus, who all fall under the Fantastic Four rights I believe and would together, open up for Annihilation on the big screen.
