I don't think that quote's quite true, though. It's perfectly possible to enjoy both sets of films.

So your statement that the two film series are "clearly... equally good" is based on what, exactly?

Regardless of your feelings for any of these films-- Nolan's or Burton's--there's no grounds for civilized discussion if your entire mode of reasoning is based on "Nolanites" being wrong, and general critical consensus meaning "nothing."

Express your opinions, but be aware that that's all they are: opinions.

I honestly don't really care if people enjoy the Burton films more than the Nolan ones, but that doesn't seem to be true vice versa in your case.

You're attempting to define a purely subjective notion as "clearly" objective. How can Scud's own opinions lack accuracy?

The egocentric irrationality of your post is staggering.

Well, I had some 'free' time, so...

There were quite a few 'face-palm' moments, though...with some actually resulting in me face-palming...and...I think some of my colleagues were wondering if I was slapping myself...

There is some real stupidity in there. Again, I can't bring myself to read the list, but the one about Bane not having a scene where he takes Gordon's letter is a huge offender.
