"You've got nothing to threaten me with. Nothing to do with all your strength."

"You were a schemer, you had plans... And look where that got you."

"Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned or negotiated with... Some men just want to watch the world burn."

"So listen... Why don't you give me a call when you want to start taking things a little more seriously... Here's my card."

    I still like the sudden change in the scene with Daggett daring to try and lecture Bane about using his money and his manpower for the plan, since the agreement was that he would get the job at the head of Wayne Enterprises' board, and you can just tell that, up to this point, Bane has been humouring him because he's a necessity in his plan, but once money and manpower is brought up, you just see that distinct change, and it's really well expressed through Hardy's eyes;

"And you think this gives you power over me?"

    And then.... Neck snap.

    "Victory has defeated you."

It's a haunting line, I think. And applies to so much more than just what was happening in the movie at the time.

Alfred: "I won't bury you...I've buried enough members of the Wayne family."

    Bruce: "Sonar! Just like a..."
Fox: "Like a submarine, Mr. Wayne. Just like a submarine."

Ra's: "When someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them...and stab them through the heart. You burned my house and left me for dead...allow me to return the favor."

"Well, Well you took my advice about theatricality a bit literally." - Ra's Al Ghul

"You wanna know how I got these scars?" - Joker

"Dead? That's 500$." - Crime Boss (I forgot his name)
"How about alive? Hmm?" - Joker

"You see, madness as you know, is like gravity. All it takes is a little... push! HAHAHA!" - Joker

"Let the games begin!" - Bane

"Ohhh you think darkness is your ally, you merely adopted the dark, I was born in it...molded by it...I did't see the light until I was already a man by then it was nothing to me but BLINDING!" - Bane

"Why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves back up." - Thomas Wayne

"You still haven't given up on me." Bruce Wayne
    "Never." Alfred Pennyworth

    "What are you!?" - Falcone
    "I'm Batman."

"I won't kill you. But I don't have to save you." - Batman

    "Yield." - Bruce Wayne
"You haven't beaten me. You've sacrificed you footing for a killing stroke." - Ra's Al Ghul

    And perhaps my absolute favorite.

"What are you building for him now? A rocket ship? I want ten million dollars, a year, for the rest of my life." - Mr.Reese
"Let me get this straight. You think that your client, one of the wealthiest, most powerful men in the world is secretly a vigilante. Who spends his nights beating criminals to a pulp with his bare hands. And your plan is the blackmail this person?" - Lucious Fox
    (Dumbfounded) - Mr. Resse
    "Good luck." Lucious Fox

I had a lot of fun assembling this list.

So many damn great quotes. That entire interrogation scene for starters. But I'll go with this exchange from the one scene that, without fail, always makes me wince (in a good way) every single time I see it.

Maroni: "From one professional to another, if you're trying to scare somebody, pick a better spot. From this height, the fall wouldn't kill me."
    Batman: "I'm counting on it."

Followed by Maroni's girly scream and a bone crunching snap.

Other less flashy and less popular lines, but no less great include:
Alfred Pennyworth: "I assume that as you're taking on the underworld, this symbol is a persona to protect those you care about from reprisals."
Bruce Wayne: "You thinking about Rachel?"
Alfred Pennyworth: "Actually, sir, I was thinking of myself."

Bruce Wayne: "I wanna borrow it. For, uh, spelunking."
    Lucius Fox: "Spelunking?"
Bruce Wayne: "Yeah, you know, cave diving."
Lucius Fox: "You expecting to run into much gunfire in these caves? "

Jonathan Crane: "Would you like to see my mask?"

Joker: "All the old familiar places." (Admittedly a pretty pedestrian line but delivered brilliantly by Ledger at a crucial stage in the film)

Harvey Dent: "You thought we could be decent men, in an indecent time".

Bane: "Or perhaps he's wondering why someone would shoot a man, before throwing him out of a plane."

Your name is Kal-El. You are the only survivor of the planet Krypton. Even though you've been raised as a human being, you are not one of them

I love how we can call it a 'girly' scream and yet if any one of us were dropped off a rooftop by Batman, we would all surely be screaming just as much, if not more.

"So you came back to die with your city"
"No. I came back to stop you"

    Pretty lame, Batman.

There's no shame in screaming like a girl if you're going up against Batman.

Alfred Pennyworth: I suppose they'll lock me up as well. As your accomplice...
Bruce Wayne: Accomplice? I'm going to tell them the whole thing was your idea.

Bruce Wayne: Well today I found out what Batman can't do. He can't endure this. Today you get to say "I told you so."
Alfred Pennyworth: Today, I don't want to...........
Alfred Pennyworth: But I did bloody tell you.
