Default Kickstarter campaign for my comic book "Knights of P.O.W.E.R."

    Hi everyone!

My Kickstarter campaign for my comic book "Knights of P.O.W.E.R." is entering its final days, and some momentum is growing but we still need more pledges to help make the goal!

    http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/...roes-and-hexes

The campaign is to raise funding to pay colorists and printing costs for the first five issues of the series! Colorists are lined up and some of them have even done work for Marvel and DC! My desire is to not only get the story into conventions, and comic stores, but also eventually into bookstores and up online as digital downloads! And it's your pledges that can help make this possible!!!

What's in it for you? Beyond the satisfaction that you've helped make my dreams come true, each pledge you make has a reward package that comes with it. That's right! You get things in return! That's one of the great things about setting up through Kickstarter! And I've offered some great rewards on the campaign including:

    • A guest appearance by you in a book
    • Original artwork from the series
    • An exclusive 11x17 print
    • T-shirts
    • Guest Artist Variant Covers
    • Sketchbooks
    • Signed books
    • 9x12 commission drawings
    • Buttons
    • Sketch covers
    • Trading cards
    • Dinner
    • Digital wallpaper
    • Cover artwork for your own series

Just remember, though, that Kickstarter is all-or nothing funding. I need to reach my full goal of $5,000 in order to receive funds for the printing/coloring and also ship the great rewards to those of you who pledge support! So, share the posts on Facebook, invite your friends to this event page, tell your family and friends, send the link to those you know... whatever you can to help spread the word!

Knights of P.O.W.E.R. is a very special project to me personally and I really appreciate any way you can help spread the word and pledge support! Thanks so much!!!

One of the colorists has worked for Hi-Fi, working on several high-profile books, and most recently has been involved with the "An Origin Story" books of Marvel characters.

From his bio he gave me:

"Career highlights include a fully painted series of titles on Captain America, Iron Man, The Hulk, The Avengers, and more iconic superheroes from Marvel Comics.
Color art for several DC Comics titles.
Promotional work for Top Cow Productions at Image Comics.
Covers and box art for top video games for Nintendo game systems.
Covers and other painted illustrations for independent publishers such as Arcana, Dabel Bros., Beta3Comics, and more."

Another colorist has been doing work for Image.
