"Honestly, I'd recommend that you just not read stuff."

How I'd rate them:
#100 -- Fantastic issue, brilliant three-parter. Really showed the effectiveness of horror writing in Spider-man and how it could work.
#200 -- Not as good as the issues leading up to it (if you take #193 - #200 as one story, as Marvel recently reprinted it), but this was a good story. Marv Wolfman made some interesting choices, like depowering Peter.
#300 -- Bar none, my favorite comic of all time. I remember when this issue came out--I must've read it two dozen times, and took it everywhere with me. My copy is pretty ragged by now. I still maintain this was the peak of the Spider-man comics in general.
#400 -- A very poignant story by JMD, unfortunately wrapped up in the Clone Saga. It's a good issue, even with that awful enhanced cover.
#500 -- Okay--I have to confess, I haven't got to this issue yet. I've been reading through JMS' run on Spider-man and I keep getting side tracked.
Hopefully I'll have read this by the time #700 comes out!
#600 -- Doesn't really stand out as memorable to me, but I only read it once. JR Jr's art was okay but the coloring on it seemed off. I should really dust this issue off and read it fresh.
So I'd rate them like this (excluding #500):
#300
#100
#200
#400
#600
I know, man! 600 came out when I was first really getting into comics. It's a pretty important issue for me. Also, it (along with Character Assassination) really helped me get into Romita Jr's art. He was the first artist I really liked. But now my tastes have changed and I'm not really a huge fan of his, but those issues were still important for getting me into comics and the writing/art behind it.

As much as I enjoy Slott's Spider-Man, I wouldn't mind a new creative team. I'd like to see Slott try a new book for a while, maybe Uncanny X-Men? That would be unexpected.
Support titles that need supporting. Quit buying, reading and complaining about comics you don't enjoy.
So what can we expect to see in #700?
What would you say to somebody who offered you a million dollars if you convinced them to read this book?
Seems unlikely as a lot of the new creative teams for the reshufflings have been announced and Slott has not been mentioned to go over to another title. It is possible: Marvel will likely keep mum on ASM #700 and it's repercussions but my best guess (and it could be 100% wrong) is that Slott will be writing a relaunched ASM with a new #1 come January.
