I'm going with lost. His offensive was ineffective against her bar attacking her from behind while she was focused on Cap America.

Thor is still on the ground when Namor attacks him.

Likewise that image about where he fights Phoenix Rachel was a loss for her and a win for Thor.
Sorry, but Thor's fight with Rachel cannot be considered a win, loss or a draw. The earlier Thor vs. Rachel fight actually shows Thor taking Rachel out. The simple fact of the matter is that this fight was interrupted by Namor after just a few panels of fighting...so that ruins any chance of it being called an actual fight. All we saw was that Rachel upended Thor and got the better of him for just a few panels. There have been tons of times where someone was getting the better of someone else only for the other person to rally and win. The only thing that you could legitimately say was that Rachel got the best of him for a few panels. The only way that you could consider this a win for Rachel is if she actually knocked Thor out or rendered him incapable of fighting. He was certainly not out, as he was shown fighting Namor a few panels later...even if he was on the losing end of Namor's assault.

Also, you can't count the Avengers Assemble Thor knock out by the Hulk a loss either. That was a sucker punch from a brain-washed ally when he wasn't expecting it. Likewise, if the situations were reversed, a sucker punch like that from Thor to the Hulk would have probably knocked the Hulk out.

Can't be all that bad, at least he has had a consistently published solo title since inception. You can't really say that for most of the characters that have been beating on him in AvX.

Not much of a saving grace. All his non-solo appearances have him as window-dressing and as a jobber. It seems in the eyes of the current crop of writers, he has lost his mystique.

    He's a main-event jobber, for what that's worth.

If Thor fans want to complain about their favorite being mistreated by writers, they can get to the back of the line.

Why does there need to be a line?

So...does getting one-shotted by Cykes in the latest AvX count as a loss?

I remember when, egged on by Moondragon, Thor realized he had been holding back using his powers because he didn't want to embarrass his Avenger teammates. I miss that Thor and that Thor would give the Phoenix Force much better fight than the Thor in AvX. Rune King Thor would kick ass just because he's Rune King Thor and Warrior Madness Thor would kick ass because he wouldn't care what he did and he would not hold back while using his powers. I would have loved to have seen either of these Thors go up against the Phoenix Force. If any situation called for Thor to go all out (here's looking at you, Emma Frost), it was AvX. In addition, Thor seems like a brute lately--rushing into things, never using any intelligence to win battles. I've been reading Thor since Thor No. 150 (Vol 1) from the 1960s. Marvel has definitely dumbed him down and made him much weaker.
