So it seems Marvel is now doing the more formal reveals after last week's teasers. I will keep the list updated as needed. For example it seems the new Iron Man book with be called "Iron Man," without the "Invincible" adjective.
Also, I added the information that Simon Spurrier has been evasive on Twitter with confirming that "Legacy" is X-Men Legacy or something rather different. I assume we will find out Friday...
Avengers Academy, (adjectiveless) X-Men, Red She-Hulk, Dark Avengers, and Captain America &... are missing from the list. I think it's likely that all but Red She-Hulk may be canceled and replaced before Marvel NOW! is through.

Brainflash.... We haven't heard anything about Captain America, maybe Legacy refers to him?
EDIT: Nevermind, forgot about Remender on Cap...
Anyone know what's going to happen to Dark Avengers/Thunderbolts with Marvel NOW?
Seriously relieved to see Daredevil and Winter Soldier staying the same for now. Hoping that lasts!
Mostly moved on to fanfiction.net...
Defenders is cancelled, sadly
Red She-Hulk should be considered an on-going seeing as Parker has mentioned he has a number of story ideas and Waid mentioned working with Parker to build the Hulk-verse.
Currently Reading: Any/everything Marvel Cosmic, Hawkeye, New Avengers, All New X-Men, Amazing Spider-Man, Avengers, Iron Man, Uncanny X-Men, Uncanny Avengers
Is the current list final? I was expecting more.
Ok! i admit it, i'm annoying needy ;D
all I want to know is how much will they be (Cos I found a website in the UK and they convert via the american prices)
And are they weekly? Monthly? So sorry ;P
''How do you find someone who has spent a lifetime covering his tracks? For some, he was a guardian angel. To others, a ghost who never quite fit in''
Some are $3.99 and some are $2.99. Uncanny Avengers comes out in October the other announced titles come out in November but the November solicits haven't been released yet.
Avengers is every two weeks the rest are monthly but may ship twice in a month some months.
''How do you find someone who has spent a lifetime covering his tracks? For some, he was a guardian angel. To others, a ghost who never quite fit in''
The prices are on the covers, at least of the confirmed ones we've seen thus far, and they range from $2.99 to $3.99. The frequency will range from monthly to slightly-more-often-than-monthly, just like everything they're publishing now.
This isn't some radical new publishing scheme. It's just new creative teams and new number ones.
