So this will be another book focused on the Wolverine & the X-men team (in addition to the O5)? Guess that means there really won't be much of a Blue side anymore post-AvX. I'm thinking maybe Storm's team and/or a revamped X-Force under Cable. That's about it. Everyone else from the X-line will apparently be sucking up to the Avengers and playing by their rules. To the victors go the spoils, I suppose...

...this does, however, pave the way for X-Force to once again be a thorn in SHIELD and Avengers' collective side, so that could be fun.

Same here. That would be the saving grace of all this Marvel NOW "let's integrate the Avengers and the X-men" stuff if it happens. Give it a strong creative team and it's a shoe-in for my favorite book of the relaunch.
