I can't figure out if this book is ending at 250 or not!
What is this, Horseville? Because I'm surrounded by naysayers.

It's not. Why would it be? Just because it's a big number? It's been repeatedly mentioned that it isn't being cancelled any time soon.

Marvel lies in their advertising all the time. But given everything else was ending, its a round numbers, the solicit description, and the fact its been going on for so long I was under the impression it was. I'll be thrilled if it isn't.

I'm pretty sure that PAD would be kicking up something of a stink if it were about to be cancelled. He's notoriously outspoken. He even made a joke about it ending at comic-con. And here. This is neither an official statement, nor advertising. Cast your doubts aside and enjoy the ride.

Wasn't X-Factor the first book Quesada worked on at Marvel? I'm sure that plays a part in its continuation.

^In addition, it sells solidly if low. Since it has been holding pretty steady even with the double shipping and not free falling like Gen Hope, Daken, or *tear* New Mutants, it should stay around until PAD decides he doesn't want to write it anymore. It also has lots of critical acclaim.
