Dark Knight "millerverse" timeline

Can someone tell me what the timeline for the "millerverse"* looks like?
I don't think this question deserves its own thread, so I just post this here.

*Millerverse consists of Year One, Dark Knight Returns, Dark Knight Strikes Again, All-Star Batman, Spawn/Batman.
Not written by Miller, small appearances: Countdown: Arena #1 and Superman and Batman: World's Funnest.

The "millerverse" makes no sense whatsoever, as there is a huge disparity between thematic content and style between All Star and Year 1, and again between DKR and DKSA. These four things make no sense together.

World Funnest isn't canon to Earth 31 (The Millerverse), as Batman and I think Superman die in that one, way before their time.

Year One
ASBAR
Batman Spawn (This is where Bats gets the technology he uses for the suit he would one day use against superman)
Countdown Arena
DKR
DKSA.

They do make sense, chronicling this Batman's life from Batman year one to DKSA. But they skip years in between and Batman goes through a series of changes in his psychology based on the perception that Batman and Bruce Wayne had started to become separate entities because of something that happened inbetween Batman Year One and ASBAR (Which they only really mention in passing in ASBAR 10, The only one not collected).

I seriously hope they release DKBW So that they atleast can finish this story for those of us who liked it. (That and Fking Batman Europa).

It would depend on whether you would want to read them as the character being pulled out of their timeline in which case you would read them at convenient points during DKR or read them with characters being pulled from the future which would be between Spawn and DKR in order of publication. You could even do both!

No that's not part of it. FM did the Artwork but Denny O'neil did the story and it was before the Universe existed. It's added because that's the first Batman related thing FM worked on..

Is all that non-Miller stuff (even Countdown) really on the same level as his millerverse? I get that in the (former) overarching DC continuity/canon it is; so can you explain that with multiple millerverses? One that crosses over with other (non-Miller)titles and one that does not?

Because Batman is already well stablished as a Superhero, his suit is closer to the one at the beginning of DKR and the Batsignal is a thing while in ASBAR he is still an Outlaw.

For years it was unofficially tied together. Miller himself says that everything Batman he has ever written, even Year One which he wrote incontinuity could serve as a prequel (and in the case of DKSA a sequel) to DKR. It wasn't until Countdown when they introduced Earth 31 as the ''official'' Millerverse and basically made it fair game for any writer with a story to add to it.

It's ultimately up to you, but FM says is everything done by him, DC says is that plus everything they publish that says ''E-31'' (which I think it's only been Countdown Arena so far) and fans can add or substract it as they want. Some only count Year One and DKR (the absolute best of the series). I, personally count all of it (even though I hate Batman/Spawn) save for maybe Countdown Arena.

Holy sht, Rape? I never heard that rumor before. Nice to know that apparently his Jason Todd was also killed (and with his backdoor intact) by the Joker though.
