I never said that I was. Although the character has been dead for almost a decade. Besides that, a lot of characters gets reinvented everyday by Marvel.

I didn't feel that Vanessa was bio-engineered child of Mystique x Spider-Man because of just her appearance. It's her personality. Besides that, if Marvel have not made an official connection of Lyra being related to the Hulk x Thundra by the process of bio-engineering, I would have gotten the same blacklash if I had said that she was the child of their DNA, provided that Marvel never made a single mention of that relationship to her story.

And the same applies to Polaris being related to Magneto. If Marvel never came out and said so, I would have gotten the same blacklash also just because I was making wild assumptions if I speculated on that, which would have made me Racist because their powers are somewhat the same?
