Has Copycat EVER appeared in an issue with Mystique or Mr.Sinister?

The writers at the time never thought about it. If they did, Vanessa character wouldn't have been killed off to begin with. The idea that Vanessa was created by Mr. Sinister through the use of Spider-Man and Mystique's DNA would might have explain a lot about the character's background.

If Mystique does appear in Spidey's world, it will not be as his lover. But she could play a very important role in Peter's life in other ways that could tie in with Destiny.

No. Blood samples taken from both Spider-Man and Mystique. The sort of blood sample that was used to create Terry Mcginnis from Batman's DNA. Here is the example:

They had the chance to bring her back when Machine Man was in the Zombieverse. She was not zombified as she could have crossover to Earth-616. Instead, they wrote this stupid story where she chose to remain with her zombified husband who killed her afterwards.

Yeah. But she could be brought back as a mutant highlord who are reborn after death. If retrospect, Marvel should have allowed Vanessa to cross into Spider-Man's world. It might have made things interesting for the character.

Vanessa was probably created in a future timeline and was sent into the past as a test tube that was implanted into Dorothy Carlysle's womb. This might have occured around the time Peter was born.
