Default Batman-Batgirl / Dr. Who-Amy Pond crossover, this would be SO fun to happen!

I'm feeling inspired by the absolutely TOO FUN ST:TNG/Dr. Who mini-series currently out. How's this for a fun idea of a Batman universe/Dr. Who universe crossover:

The pesky Master has made his way to Gotham and has joined forces with Two-Face to bring up some chaos to attract the Doctor's attention, little does he know that this also attracts the attention of Batman and Batgirl! Batman and Batgirl find themselves quickly outmatched by the dangerous Master but the TARDIS appears and out comes the Doctor and Amy Pond to help.

Two-Face winds up stealing a coin artifact from the Master that has special time bending properties, and Batman elicits the aid of the expert thief Catwoman to help get it back. As insurance though the Doctor also "steps out" briefly to bring in HIS expert archeologist aka River Song to also help get back the artifact.

Three teams set out, Batman and the Doctor to find the Master, Batgirl and Amy Pond to stall and/or take out Two-Face's goons who have been influenced by the artifact, and Catwoman and River Song to steal back the alien coin from Two-Face.

Would this be a fun series or what! Of course the initial inspiration was seeing the two red heads of Batgirl and Amy Pond together
    Pull list:
Adventure Time, Batgirl, Batman & Robin, BOP, Earth 2, Guardians of the Galaxy, He-Man, Katana, Nightwing, Shadowman, Swamp Thing, The Ultimates, Ultimate Spider-Man, Worlds' Finest

That could definitely be a fun cross-over.

no, why would batman crossing over with Doctor Who have anything to do with Batgirl?

Because the majority of Companions that the Doctor's been around has been pretty young women?

    ....Wait....

Seriously though, if this were to be a crossover with Bruce and Babs, I don't think Eleven and Amy would work. I would say maybe Nine, but that would have to bring Rose in and SCREW THAT. ...Maybe Seven and Ace?

And I'd sooner have Catwoman and Rory because it would be funnier.

Maybe 10 and Martha? Or 10 with Donna? You'd have to add Captain Jack for additional sexual tension.

What would happen when Batman finds out the Doctor is responsible for genocide?

The best choice would be Eleven / Clara, because she's new.

And the Steph picture wasn't unrelated at all-- you were entirely unspecific about which Batgirl you meant, and it involved Doctor Who.

Personally, though I love both Batman and Doctor Who, I think the concepts are far too different to have an effective crossover.
