I know that people are going to complain about the change in Cap's costume and how they're making it too much like the movie. Personally, I always felt that Cap's costume didn't look practical enough in the past. He's this normal guy, juiced up, but still normal and he's fighting alongside gods, hulking beasts, and a guy in a mechanized wmd. He's fighting other hulking beasts, other gods, and frickin' aliens. A little protection is more than prudent, it should be common sense for a soldier like Captain America. I'm not totally endorsing this costume, but I think that it'll look pretty good in action. It can't be any goofier than the new Ultimate version. Oy! That shoulder armor.

Avengers don't get X-Positions. This is only on the x-boards because it's a two parter with his Uncanny X-Force X-position

I think we knew that already. I certainly recall reading about it continuing last week.

Nothing we didn't get from the other interview. Well, the X-Force stuff and his Gambit hatred is new.

I really, really dislike the classic Havok costume. His current costume is miles better. Hell, his generic-ish uniform from First Class is miles better.

Philippe, a big fan of a certain southern belle, has a question about Rogue's role on the new X-Men/Avengers hybrid team.

I'm very happy Rogue will be a member of Uncanny Avengers. Is there any way she can back a base power set of super-strength, flight and durability, like when she had absorbed Ms. Marvel's powers? That was always my favorite version of the character. Thank you. Looking forward to your run!

I have big plans for Rogue, you'll start to see them unfold in issue #5 of "Uncanny Avengers."

Wow, I'm glad I read this and I know X-force will continue. But I'm getting the impression that things end in tears for the X-men... I want to hear more announcements about X-books. I'm getting nervous...

Happy to see that UXF will be continuing on. And I guess the one bright aspect regarding Remender's dislike of Gambit is that it means he likely won't use/kill him in an upcoming story-arc.

I like that there's a dressed and undressed Gir avatars following each other...

The only constant in the X-Men world is change. Kinda got used to that years ago. With Avengers being Marvel's top dog, they'll demote the X-Men in the eyes of the readers. If it's any consolation, Marvel did it to Avengers fans back during the 90s. How many characters suddenly became mutants or took a backseat to them? I mean, really, look at what they did to Cloak & Dagger for a while. "The Mutant Misadventures of Cloak & Dagger." Back then, if you weren't a mutant you weren't sh**. Now, if you aren't an Avenger you aren't sh**. History is, sadly, cyclical.

Alex is really quite pathetic. Couldn't make a go of it at X-Factor, so scuttled off to manage smaller personalities in exchange for a bigger paycheck and a shot in the limelight. Good riddance. Don't think I didn't notice you stealing Jamie's classic skull-cap look either. Your envy is not only shameless, but visible.

I'm willing to give Havok another shot (having been bored by his character in its past iterations).
Also think that his departure from X-Factor will benefit the book.
