In any event, I doubt anyone at Marvel is interested in using Wanda in a movie, rights issues or not. It could be interesting though if they went with her instead of Dr. Strange for a magic-themed movie. Pietro shouldn't feature too much in it though, their whole dynamic is too creepy and he's not that interesting anyway. Maybe have Simon Williams as a love interest/antagonist, and then at end of the movie, show a brief glimpse of Vision being created.

What kind of costume would Wanda wear in a movie? The classic red and pink number would look way too ridiculous on screen, but I'd rather see her in that than some "street level" getup like on the cover of Uncanny Avengers.

I could see something similar to what Jean wore as Dark Phoenix in X3 with the red jacket. Idk how they would do her head piece however.

Well she's only a year older than Chris Evans, so it shouldn't be that big of a problem. In any event, they are better off going with someone who has some real acting chops and screen presence, rather than some nubile young starlet who would just fade into the background. Given that Wanda's most important stories all revolve around her being a mother, a more mature actress would be fitting.

Now that you mention it, I totally agree! If you put Scarlet Witch in that same scenerio as Famke it makes much morse sense to the plot line, than it does with the Dark Phoenix. God X3 was such a trainwreck.

I completely forgot about that. Well if anything, I think if she were to ever appear in any film adaptation it must be an X Universe film. Its where she first started, and mostly due to the fact that shes a mutant. I don't think I could have seen her in the Avengers film. It would be interesting to see how they visualize her hexes on screen.
