I've been thinking maybe if they were to Americanize Wanda, Anne Hathaway could be a good pick.

No doubt, multi-lingual Miami-born actress Genesis Rodriguez.

Not a bad choice for Wonder Woman, either.

Interesting. What's she been in? I've always thought that, since there's almost no chance they'll get an actual Romani, an actress with Latina, Middle Eastern or Mediterranean looks would be good.

But of course, acting chops come first.

Lana Parilla (what, me? Obsessed with Once Upon A Time? LIES) could be good for an unstable, morally-grey Wanda. Her turn as Evil Queen Regina had some touchingly vulnerable moments, and she'd sell Wanda as both sympathetic and dangerous.

She was Will Ferrell's girlfriend in that odd but funny spoof 'Casa de mi Padre" and did some Entourage and the flick "Man on a Ledge." Most of her early stuff was Telemundo. Studied acting very early and came out of the Lee Strasberg Method School of Emoting Like Brando 101.
