10 Worst Avengers

Wolverine (yay more shoving him down our throats. I'm sorry murderers don't belong on The Avengers. If the Punisher ever joins I will never touch the Avengers again)
Luke Cage
Storm (I mean why? Completely pointless)
Echo (how was she not on this list?)
Daredevil (again why? just because he was one of the few that hadn't been one yet?)
Sentry
Triathlon
Red Hulk (again he even wonders why he was on the team)

That's like half the Avengers off the team then.

I agree with every name on that list, my only issue is why stop at 10? Marrina, Jewel, Swordsman, Justice and "Heroes Reborn" Hellcat all belong in the trash heap.

I did like Stingray's costume as a kid, though he was pretty useless, even for aquatic superhero standards. (Which are already low.)

IMO the list didn't take into account storylines. Dr Druid was suppose to be unlikable. Just like USAgent was a jerk/ultra violent. And if the list goes by impact as an Avenger why isn't Machine Man, Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, or Darkhawk on the list? If it's based on powers, why no Two-Gun Kid? My list is based on who I just didn't like as characters.

5. Mantis - I only like her when she was in the Silver Surfer title.
6. Echo - Does not fit and that's saying a lot.
7. Daredevil - No. I don't think I can ever accept this one.
8. D-man - I like the character before he originally "died" but he wasn't a real Avenger. His membership was like handshake agreement.
9. Living Lightning - lame name and uniform.
10. Squirrel Girl - I hate this running gag character even if she's just nanny.

Hmm... Why don't you like Quasar and Moon Knight? Are you skeptical of Moon Knight because of his INTENSE mental instability, by chance? He's an awesome character tho', never a dull moment.
But Quasar?? Why?? Is it because he has a fairly bland personality? There's not much to him other than his powers, I must admit. But his powers are splendid! He opens up an entire cosmic toy-box for the Avengers to play in.
I really wish more people could explain their dislike of certain Avengers, much like I have.

I guess I never gelled with Moon Knight because he's always seemed like a Batman rip-off dressed like a klansman. Also, the mental health issues portrayed in his character were poorly researched and weren't compelling.
Quasar's powers were cool, and quasars in space are just about the coolest things ever, but Wednell's ultra-bland personality just struck me as an odd juxtaposition to his powerset. Phyla was a far superior Quasar in my view.

All of her appearances up until Dark Reign were a Skrull imposter. With Bendis's slow pacing, she's been an Avenger for what, four story arcs? Of those, she was wallpaper for at least two.

And I like Sentry. Believe it or not, he's the character that got me into comics.

Not really. He's having Hawkeye hit on Widow in Avengers Assemble. Also Hawkeye belongs with Mockingbird, just saying. The Spider-Woman romance is supposed to be temporary.

I dont see how Stingray should be in a Top 10 list of worst Avengers.
He have too much potential as a Avenger member to the subaquatic adventures.

I would replace Stingray by Sandman in that list.

Yeah, I agree with this. Don't see much logic in the list. If there are no parameters to define what constitutes worst (Worst fit? Worst performance? Worst as a character? Shortest membership? Etc...) it's just a mater of the character you don't like. Many of the justifications of the list creator really seemed kind of... shallow. By the Way, I think Squirrel Girl is as much an Avengers as Agatha Harkness or Marilla, otherwise, you can bet she'd be headlining my list.
