I don't know if it has been done, but I'd love to see a Fantastic Four tie-in where Reed Richards finds where Dr. Doom is hiding out and basically says "keep your nose out of this whole AvX thing, I'm watching you." I'd like to see something like that. I can see Doom building some incredible device and Reed throwing a monkey wrench into at the last minute or something.

Well if you can math you'll find that 12/3 = 4, and so the third act, if divided evenly between the 12 issues, should begin with issue 9!

Dividing a story into three equal parts is not edgy enough for Marvel. I think they got a 5/4/3 scheme going on or some other nonsense.

Yeah. Acts can be evenly divided, but they don't need to be.

DOOM fears no-one. Unfortunately, he lost a bet with Sinister, and has to sit this fight out while Sinister tries to become all-powerful.

Just read this book, and it's a very solid read, but given the fact marvel announced a death, you get a pretty clear indication of who is the likely death candidate in AvX especially if marvel writers stick to their classic story beat clichès.

Very good read though, just hope marvel writing changes its usual rhythm and surprises me in the finale.
