Wow! I loved The Strange Talent of Luther Strode, and THOSE INTERIORS!
Also, the bald dude with the long fingernails...Could that be the revamped Master Darque???
This. Looks. Great.
X-O Manowar. Harbinger. Bloodshot. Archer & Armstrong. Swamp Thing. Dial H. Captain Marvel. Hit-Girl. Saga. Prophet. Read my reviews of these and more at The Comic Book Couple!
Ok, it may not be the Mike LeRoi version I prefer, but I'm ALL in! This looks great!
I need a good Vodou-Lore book! Please don't disappoint!

I read the first issue of the original. It was kind of weird how he was all "I put on the mask and the demons can't follow me home. What is that? A cannibal? Attack!!!!!!"
Nice interior art!... and it appears that Master Darque is based on the original version. Very promising preview.

I kind of liked that about the original series. Jack Boniface was just some dude with basically no powers who goes kind of crazy (or is possessed) after getting bitten by a spider alien. Suddenly he's compelled to just roam the streets at night beating people up. I doubt that's the angle they'll take with this new series, but I thought it really worked in the original (especially when he occasionally gets his ass kicked for being a crazy guy who just wants to fight people at night). Unlike Daredevil, he was literally the man without fear.

Knowing how great The Strange Tale of Luther Strode was, I have the highest hopes for this series. I mean, that book was about a worldwide Murder Cult that stretches back to Cain. Justin Jordan has some crazy awesome ideas rattling around in his brain-box.

The art looks amazing. I never wound up checking out Luther Strode, but I definitely will in anticipation for this. I am loving Valiant.
oh shit... I think that I have wet my pants... those terrible arts... WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
I was masturbating my mind about which titles to buy in the months to come, from the other publishers. But about the Valiant ones, no questions at all!!! It's all of them!!!!
Valiant!! Valiant!! Valiant!!
Talk about a top notch creative team! The interiors of this look fantastic. Valiant has sucked me into buying all of their titles so far.
I would tell Valient to "shutup and take my money!", but i have none left :(
May have to sell a kidney...
I have been saying Zircher would be perfect for a Shadowman book for months...and Justin Jordan? Holly crap, that's awesome. I haven't read Strode yet, but have heard nothing but good things. Seems like a great fit. And the art is brilliant.
Looks like Shadowman will be a legacy hero in this incarnation...interesting. Son reluctantly takes on the mantle of a father he never knew; a man who turns out to have died to save humanity when you thought he was some dude who ran out on your mom. Just speculating, but good potential there.
I want more VALIANT and I want it NOW! NOW I say, DAMN IT!
VALIANT, Saga, Manhattan Projects, Locke & Key, Hawkeye, Young Avengers.
Well never read original Shadow Man but am loving Valiants other stuff so this will go directly to my pull list and give it a shot.
This new Valiant ain't no joke. I'm all in!
I never read any of the older Valiant stuff but I've been growing increasingly disinterested with Marvel and DC. I ended up dropping everything but Avengers and New Avengers (Can't wait to see what Hickman does), the Ultimate titles, and Batwing, Animal Man and Swamp Thing. Now I'm pulling The Spider from Boom! and every Valiant book.
I love having an entirely new (from my perspective) universe to explore. So far I've loved everything from Valiant (2012) and these looks like it will be another fast favorite.
My Heroes For Hire: Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Misty Knight, Colleen Wing, The Falcon, Ant-Man (Scott Lang). White Tiger IV and Powerman would be interns.
