I know there has been a lot criticism on Superman Earth One, but I really enjoy it... I love Shane Davis art. I think he does a fantastic job! I hope in Volume to see Lex Luthor.
SOLD!!!! Already pre-ordered at a bargain price. The volume One was excellent despite the fact that Superman is not my preferred super-hero. But there, it was a perfect jump in point for all new and old readers of comic books. So, I hope to have the same caliber or a better one in this volume Two.
I'm actually am looking forward to seeing this new Parasite and the "Daily Planet" Clark.
A Comic book fan till I die.
Hope that it's better than the first volume.
Comic Books are fun, Comic Book fans not so much.
I'm among those who really enjoyed Superman Earth One. I thought it was a great Superman story that showed him as someone who wasn't sure what he wanted to do with his life. Then a threat comes along that is not a traditional Superman threat and he has to become the icon we all know and love. That story ended with him essentially choosing his new path in life. I hope this next volume explores the choices that carry him from there. I also hope we see some more traditional Superman villains and some more drama with Lois and Jimmy. But I think Straczynski has proven to be a good writer for a series like this so I have confidence in his ability to make it awesome.

I also really enjoyed Superman Earth One (and liked Batman Earth One, too), so this second installment is a no-brainer. Looking forward to seeing how the story develops from here.
Wasn't a big fan of the first volume. It wasn't bad, but Birthright was just a far superior story in my opinion.
Having said that, I love the OGN format and Batman Earth One was a great surprise so unless the reviews are absolutely scathing, I'll more likely than not pick it up.
Your name is Kal-El. You are the only survivor of the planet Krypton. Even though you've been raised as a human being, you are not one of them
JOR-EL
Looks fantastic, this may turn out to be my refuge after Morrison's Action is gone.
I thought the first volume was alright, it was a slow but certainly an interesting start to the story. Hopefully it really picks up in the second part.
Not a fan but tempted to support it just because the costume is closer to the classic.
Over and over, the crow cries uncover the cornfield.
